The Compass Institute Foundation will donate $10M to charity after death of founder
The Compass Foundation, founded by former President Bill Clinton and the Clinton Foundation, has agreed to give $10 million to an independent charity of the charity institute and the American Friends Service Committee (AFSCME), according to The Washington Post.
The charity institute has not announced its donation but it will work with the AFSCME to improve the lives of Americans affected by the coronavirus outbreak, the Post reported.
Bill Clinton, the foundation’s founder, died last year at the age of 93.
The foundation was founded in 1996 and is a division of the Bill, Hillary & Chelsea Clinton Foundation.
